Refund Policy

Full refunds will be made for cancellations received up to four weeks prior to any Chicago Advertising Federation event. After this date a $50 cancellation fee will be charged within two weeks. No refunds will be made for cancellations requests received within two weeks. A registrant may designate an alternate attendee at any time by phoning 630-596-9005 or by email:
